President
John has been in the insurance industry for more than 40 years, serving his early years working for Travelers Insurance and the last 37 with the Peter Bakker Agency. John is well versed in all areas of property casualty insurance, specifically in the commercial business area with an emphasis on habitational exposures. He has also served on numerous local, state, and national insurance company Agent Advisory Councils.
John considers strong service to clients as an agency’s primary responsibility.
Hallie Wong
Senior Vice President/Managing Director
Hallie has been in the insurance industry for over 24 years. His focus is on managing the agency and commercial line sales. Hallie was recognized by the Connecticut Insurance Marketing Association (CIMA) as the 2019 Agent of the Year. He believes in serving the community and is an active member of the Windsor Locks Lions Club. He enjoys working and educating business owners about insurance to protect their livelihood.

Alan has been in the insurance business for over 45 years and specializes in Commercial Lines insurance. He has carried the CIC designation for over 30 years. He is dedicated to providing prompt service with a unique personal touch.
Alan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut majoring in economics and minoring in insurance. Prior to joining the Bakker Agency in 1999, Alan owned his own agency.

Kimberly (Kim) is a licensed commercial lines property and casualty insurance agent that has been in the industry for over 26 years. Kim’s experience is a compilation of handling mid-to large-size domestic and international clients in retail and wholesale environments, working predominantly on construction, manufacturing, and habitational risks.

Anna has been in the insurance industry for 35 years, with 30 years dedicated to serving the clients of the Peter Bakker and legacy agency. She is a licensed agent and holds a PLCS designation and a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Anna is pivotal in the agency’s success, applying her solid underwriting and market knowledge in overseeing high-net-worth client portfolios, providing managerial support, and mentoring junior staff. She has a reputation for building long-term relationships with clients and carriers and providing strategic risk management solutions for high-net-worth individuals.
Anna has made Colebrook, CT her home for the last 27 years with her husband and three daughters. She is very active, enjoying swimming, hiking, reading, yoga, and gardening.
