Peter R. Milnes, CEO of Optisure Risk Partners, has announced that Beth Needham has joined Optisure in the role of Insurance Operations Manager & Best Practices Leader. She will serve as a contributing member of the Optisure leadership team, providing the entire enterprise with expert knowledge and experience with insurance operations including service, sales, claims and marketing.
Over the past 20 years, Beth has worked at both the carrier level and agency level holding positions which included Claims Manager, Sales Manager, Account Executive, Marketing Manager and Chief Operating Officer.
“Beth’s experience in various roles within the independent agency system gives her a unique perspective in the delivery of our products. With her background, she brings significant value to the organization as we continue to build the foundations to take our Optisure agencies to the next level. We are excited to have Beth as a member of the Optisure team,” said Mr. Milnes.
She is a Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree and Paralegal Certificate from Suffolk University. In addition, she has obtained the Certified Risk Manager and Associate in Claims designations. Throughout her career, Ms. Needham has been active in professional and volunteer organizations having served as past chair of the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce and Past Board Member for The Front Door Agency. Beth is an alumna of Leadership Greater Nashua, Class of 2010. She is also a past board member for the New Hampshire Association of Independent Agents and a member of the Agents Advisory Council for both MMG Insurance and Hanover Insurance. Beth is currently the NH State Champion for InVEST – a national program to encourage students to pursue a career in insurance.
Beth and her family currently reside in Londonderry, New Hampshire. When she is not working you can find her at an ice rink cheering on her son’s hockey team or supporting her daughter’s love of figure skating.
