Construction and Surety Bonds
Our construction division deals with contractors that perform work on small, residential renovation projects as well as contractors that build roads, schools, manufacturing facilities and multi-state power line projects. We can also assist our clients by bringing loss control advice through certified third parties, and some members of our staff also have OSHA certifications.
Surety bonds are most often required on commercial construction projects. We offer our clients the required license and permit bonds, in addition to bid and performance, and payment bonds. Our team of insurance professionals can review your financial information to let you know what needs to be done to enhance your bond program and reduce your bond costs.
We represent many of the major bond companies and we can set you up with your first bond or work with you to enhance your existing bond program. We also have special programs for new and infrequent bond users, as well.
“Our Company had a significant insurance loss that included a fatality. Will was available at all times including weekends to help navigate the insurance aspects of this loss. The coverage’s provided by Aspen was more than adequate to cover the costs of the loss and each part of the loss was covered by insurance. Will was instrumental in connecting me with a very competent advisory council and his input was useful during the settlement of the loss.”
Aspen has the experience to assist you with your construction and surety bonds requirements.
